We want to you to be happy with your purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, if the if there is an issue with the item, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept return of used items, aside for warranty issues.
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded. These are clearly marked as non-returnable. Additionally, custom strung racquets, demos sold, and store sample items are not returnable. 

Gift cards, shoes insoles, socks, sport underwear, wristbands, headbands are not returnable unless defective.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For example, exchanging shoes for a different size.

Returns of non-defective eligible items

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please, make sure the shoes you purchased fit properly, snug all around, with minimal space in the front. Keep in mind that squash shoes will stretch with use. 

Please understand that once you play in the shoes, even for 5 minutes, they are not returnable. 

To start a return email us at customerservice@squashgear.com with your order number and request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
We do not provide return shipping for items delivered outside US.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded the price paid for the item you returned on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

A flat return shipping charge of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund for return of non-defective items shipped from US address.
