Shipping policy

Orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 3 pm EST, except for Custom stringing orders. We ship from The United States, the State of New Jersey.

There are no handling charges for any size order.
For orders over $59.99 we offer FREE standard shipping to any US address (that excludes Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands).
All orders under $59.99 are charged $6.99 for shipping.
We offer the following expedited shipping options for any size order:

• 3 business days delivery - only $19.99
• 1-2 business days delivery - only $29.99
• Next business day delivery - only $39.99
  Due to the carries' limitation, "Next day" delivery might not be available to some areas. We will immediately let you know if your shipping address is located in such an area.

Standard shipping to Canada is free for orders over USD199.
We also offer reduced shipping rates to Canada for orders under USD199, starting from only USD15.00. Once you enter your shipping address, system will present all available shipping options for your location. 

We offer FREE Standard SHIPPING to many countries on orders over $299.
We do not offer free standard shipping to countries of South America and Asia.

For International shipments we use UPS, or the US Postal Service.

"UPS Expedited" shipping option provides reliable delivery in 3-10 work days.
Please do use "Expedited" shipping options for time crucial delivery service for your location.

Once you enter your shipping address, system will present all available shipping options for your location. 

Please be advised that most countries charge customs clearance fees and duties/taxes for import shipments. We encourage to check local regulations for any fees and/or taxes for parcels from abroad. All local delivery fees, duties and taxes are CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. We will not be able to refund international orders after we ship them, unless you deliver them to us at your own expense.
